A little about me

I’m Lina Vega, founder of EmpowerQuest Consulting. After nearly 20 years in a global corporation, I made a pivot — one that put people, purpose, and community at the center of my work. I took everything I learned about strategy, change, and leadership and brought it home to help entrepreneurs and organizations grow with clarity and confidence.

Since launching EmpowerQuest, I’ve focused on building real relationships across the Central Valley — listening to business owners, learning their stories, and investing my time in the community that shaped me. I’ve supported hundreds of entrepreneurs through workshops, collaborations, and 1:1 guidance, helping them find focus, strengthen their marketing, and move forward with practical, achievable steps. Along the way, I’ve deepened my understanding of what it means to be a self-employed professional: staying curious, staying connected, and showing up for the people I serve.

My approach

My approach is grounded and collaborative. I listen first, meet you where you are, and help you connect strategy to action in ways that unlock growth and strengthen your vision. Every plan is tailored to your goals — flexible, intentional, and built for real progress.

My vision

I believe every business — no matter its size or story — deserves access to the resources, strategy, and opportunities that lead to long-term success. EmpowerQuest exists to help bridge that gap, giving business owners the clarity, structure, and support to grow on their own terms.

Lina’s presentations are always helpful and inspiring. I love how she engages with everyone on the call, asking thoughtful questions about our businesses and encouraging feedback. This was my second session with her, and it was completely fresh — new insights, new ideas, and a genuine conversation. She’s phenomenal at what she does!
