A little about me
I’m Lina Vega, founder of EmpowerQuest Consulting. After nearly 20 years in a global corporation, I made a pivot — one that put people, purpose, and community at the center of my work. I took everything I learned about strategy, change, and leadership and brought it home to help entrepreneurs and organizations grow with clarity and confidence.
Since launching EmpowerQuest, I’ve partnered with the Women’s Entrepreneur Center at Fresno State, facilitating workshops and consultations that have reached 200+ entrepreneurs and small business owners across the Central Valley. Through these sessions, I’ve helped business owners find focus, strengthen their marketing strategies, and take actionable steps toward sustainable growth.

My approach
My approach is grounded and collaborative. I listen first, meet you where you are, and help you connect strategy to action in ways that unlock growth and strengthen your vision. Every plan is tailored to your goals — flexible, intentional, and built for real progress.

My vision
I believe every business — no matter its size or story — deserves access to the resources, strategy, and opportunities that lead to long-term success. EmpowerQuest exists to help bridge that gap, giving business owners the clarity, structure, and support to grow on their own terms.
Projects & Partnerships
Collaborations that bring strategy to life — helping businesses grow, connect, and make an impact in their communities.
Mi Cafesito - A little sip of Latin America
In one month, Mi Cafesito grew its social media following by 10%, established a local collaboration with another Fresno County small business, and launched a refreshed brand direction that strengthened community engagement and visibility.
Frida Fun Run – League of Mexican American Women
Led communications, marketing, and volunteer coordination — securing local media spotlights and community partnerships that helped the League exceed its fundraising goal for the annual event supporting student scholarships.
Van Ness Village Día de Muertos Block Party
Partnered with local businesses and city leadership to design and deliver a new community event celebrating culture and connection. The collaboration brought together more than a dozen local businesses, created visibility for neighborhood entrepreneurs, and helped strengthen ties between residents and the Van Ness Village business community.
Women’s Entrepreneur Center (Fresno State)
Facilitated workshops reaching 200+ Central Valley entrepreneurs and business owners, covering topics like Marketing with AI, Spotting New Opportunities, Knowing Your Audience, and Using Technology as a Growth Tool.
Through these sessions, participants gained clarity, confidence, and practical strategies to strengthen their businesses — with 98% reporting they left with clear next steps they could take immediately.
Real results.
Real community impact.
Lina’s presentations are always helpful and inspiring. I love how she engages with everyone on the call, asking thoughtful questions about our businesses and encouraging feedback. This was my second session with her, and it was completely fresh — new insights, new ideas, and a genuine conversation. She’s phenomenal at what she does!
